Our sales conditions are the clearest possibile, as we try
to give our customers the best quality and service.
Any purchase from us is guaranteed by customer protection
laws as regards distance contracts.
The purchase contract is protected, as for what is not explicitly
stated in the following general conditions, by the law n.
185 of May 22nd 1999, containing the customer protection regulations
as for distance contracts.

2. Main characteristics of the products
All the characteristics of the products to be ordered, including
the sale price, are showed in the on line catalogue and visible
when filling the order before completing the contract.
Mercurio Sas is not responsible in any way of the damages
made on user by an improper use of the products sold in this
site.
Beside, it is not responsible as well for any faults or defects
in the manufacturing of the products, for which the manufacturers
themself are responsible.

3. Duration and validity of the offer
The conditions of the offer for each product are those shown
and visibile in the on line catalogue while filling the order
before completing the contract. With the exception of the
orders being fulfilled, Mercurio Sas keeps the faculty of
updating at any time and without any notice the conditions
of the offer.
4. Availability of the products and
completion of the order
The order is considered to be completed and binding for Mercurio
Sas when a notice of the Bank, confirming the payment by credit
card, is received.
The order completed on line is carried out by the company
unless some or all the products purchased are unavailable.
In case of temporary unavailability of one or more products,
checked after the completion of the contract, Mercurio Sas
will inform the customer via e-mail of the product not available,
summarizing the details of the order (products and quantities
available) and the resulting updating of the sum to be paid
by credit card, or specifying that, owing to unavailability
of the products purchased, the order and sum to be paid are
cancelled.

Outside Italy you can only pay by Credit Card.

Shipping

The amounts of shipping cost is € 8.50 as a contribution
for packing and forwarding.
Orders will be dispatched through Italian Post or other couriers
depending on destination.
Delivery times may vary, on average, from 2 to 5 working days
for Italy, and from 5 to 10 working days for Europe.
