The number of persons infected by Hiv which doesn’t belong to the group above mentioned is increasing. It concerns subjects that, contrary to homosexuals or drug addicted, aren’t put together by the spirit of belonging to the same minority, neither from the experience of social discrimination which derives from it.
As single seropositive individuals inside the so-called normal population, they often feel themselves alone with their problems and live with the fear to be isolated. For this reason they have difficulty to reveal freely their seropositive condition, even if, sometimes, they hide the infection to protect from isolation their family
